Module 01 · Focus
Lock-In
A protected work window with one defined move. The screen becomes a black void. The timer runs. Distractions get captured, not chased.
The problem
The work is not the problem. The noise is.
How it works
Check state. Cut noise. Enter Lock-In. Execute one move. Dump the pressure. Review the week before it becomes noise.
Module 01 · Focus
A protected work window with one defined move. The screen becomes a black void. The timer runs. Distractions get captured, not chased.
Module 02 · Capture
A private place to dump pressure. The Coach extracts what is actually under it: the avoidance, the unmade decision, the one action that ends the loop.
Module 03 · Reflect
Sunday morning. The Coach tells you what actually happened: where you moved, where you drifted, what to do next week.
Native by intent
Dynamic Island. Lock Screen. Live Activities. Widgets. Menu bar. Action Button. Dark Talent lives where you already look.

Lock Screen widgets
The number. The move. Nothing else.
macOS menu bar
A single dot. A single move. A single tap.
The Coach
The Coach does not cheer. It names the pattern, names the avoidance, prescribes one move. On-device by default; cloud inference is redacted and opt-in.
Directive
Pressure high. Cut the plan.
Reality check
You said revenue matters. Your calendar says product comfort work. Fix the calendar.
Signal
Your plan is too large for your state. Cut it to one serious block.
For who
for founders. for builders. for anyone with too much input.
Privacy
Local-first journal. SQLCipher AES-256 encryption. Face ID lock. iCloud sync is a toggle, not a default. No third-party analytics on journal content. The Coach runs on Apple Foundation Models on-device for daily work; cloud inference is redacted and opt-in.
Founder note
I built Dark Talent because I am the user. Too many open loops. Too many tools that pretend to fix it. None that tell the truth and prescribe one move.
This is the system I wanted. Black, native, private. Sharp on purpose.
